Guided Meditation Technique for Creativity

Meditation as research is showing is probably one of the best practices you can do to start living a happier, healthier life, filled with more potential. But did you know that the right meditation technique can help you increase your creativity and ability to create what you want? Learning how to and practicing meditation daily is like putting money in the bank. You find you are more able to deal with stressful situations as they come up and be more positive. How we deal with stress is not only harmful to your health but blocks your creative potential to create what you want.

The problem is that it is not easy to meditate and get into the powerful alpha/theta brain wave pattern that is associated in both the state of meditation and of creating. I tried many meditation techniques over the years. I am very appreciative of the training I did with Jon Kabat Zinn who created MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Meditation.

While this can be powerful, I found that working with a guided meditation that included a meditative sound designed to en-train the brain to the right state along with yogic breathing helps you to drop into the space easily. Using the right meditation technique made all the difference for me. This is a powerful meditation technique and by mastering, I believe it you can reclaim your power to choose and consciously create your life.

Studying with Sherrie Wade creator of Transformation Meditation helped me to do that. But, it was my experience with Brijendra, who resides with Sherrie/Chaytna Shree at an Ashram in the Himalaya in an area called the Valley of the Gods that helped me to turn the corner and make meditation a way of life. I am also grateful to Alan Wade/Dattaa, also known as the Himalayan muse for creating the music that goes with the guided meditation I created. When I had my ‘initiation’ into meditation with Brijendra he taught me his personal meditation and breathing practice that can be yours by downloading the audio file I created. It is short only twenty-five minutes, but powerful.

The meditation technique I created includes the yogic breathing and the music that when used together creates a powerful guided meditation experience. Brijendra told me I was free to share it with who ever wanted it. He also gave me the following lovely words of wisdom.

To Dearest Skyler,
Meditate, meditate, meditate, and light the world with your knowledge of the Pure Self, filling your own Self everywhere with awareness of their own love and joy.
I… You… One
With Love and appreciation,
Brijendra 16, April, 2006.

I guarantee you if you follow the directions I have outlined for you that include the breathing and the music that Dada created, you will find your life changes because you change. This will happen in a way that seems effortless, all of a sudden over time you will be ready to begin a more advanced techniques that puts mediation together with creating what you want.

Stay tuned for the meditation training I will be offering that heightens creativity.
